Negotiated Time Off
External demands can
place a burden on your student’s time, and in response to this we are happy
to offer a Negotiated Time Off (NTO) program. The aim in doing so is to
allow time in the student's program to cater for other commitments,
hopefully freeing up other time for the focus on academic pursuits. This is
not an option for students simply looking to go home early, rather it is an
individually planned and negotiated pathway to create learning time in the
child’s routine |
Students may need NTO so they can:

carry out traineeship / work placement
commitments |

|
complete assessment tasks and homework at
home thus avoiding time clashes with work or sports commitments |
|
|
fulfil part-time work shifts |
|
|
access individual sports training |
|
|
cater for other
individual needs |
